Need a Sub-leaser in Murfreesboro, Tennessee

I am looking for a female to take over my lease starting January 1, xxxx. The apartment is a 4 bedroom, college style apartment. My other 3 roommates are great! They all are attending MTSU and work! There are 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1,412 square feet., which means you will have your own space, and you share the common area which includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and patio.  The living room is approximately 230 square feet. The bedroom sizes are, on average, 135 square feet. The closets are, on average, 10 square feet. Windows are 29" X 48? in the bedrooms and 35" X 58" in the living room.
Fully Furnished: Each bedroom has a full-long size bed, night stand, dresser, and built-in desk and desk chair. The common area includes an entertainment center, coffee table, end table, leather club chair and leather couch, a dining room table and four leather chairs. Plus, you?ll enjoy a ceiling fan in every bedroom and in the common area.
Appliances: You are provided with all your major appliances including a full size washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.
Storage: Each apartment has a private balcony, which includes a storage closet to store your belongings throughout the year.
Utlilties are included in each month's rent. Some of the aminities include tennis courts, basketball courts, workout room w/ equipment, tanning beds, and a pool for the warmer months. The complex does accept pets, but there is a $25 pet fee that has to be paid each month.
